After having issues having my vehicles serviced at a dealer 5 minutes away, I called Diehl to have an issue fixed with my Jeep. The 25-30 minute drive was well worth it. The experience between the former dealer and Diehl was night and day! From scheduling to check-in, their employees were so much better. I even received text updates throughout the day about their progress on my vehicle and even a walk-around video showing what they had done. They will be getting my business for service from now on. And, when my lease is up, I will be driving to them for my next vehicle.

I had a misfire in cylinder 8 on my 2012 SRT Challenger n did everything..16 plugs coil pack injectors PCM n still had no pulse in 8..Called my bud Kevin n John n they took it in that day.Diagnosed it found the miss was Bad Wire.They were Awesome..Fixed it n it runs like brand New.. Very Pleased.🇮🇹🚗I just came back with misfire John service manager was great 👍my dog DEXTER was great there too🇮🇹

Parker was nothing short of professional and accommodating. He listened to my needs and realistic goals for a new vehicle. He took the time to understand my priorities and only suggested perfect matches, or alternatives to best suit MY needs. Parker answered every question (there were a lot of them) and reassured me every step of the way. Somehow, he wound up finding me a car that was even better suited for myself and my family, than I had even asked for. I have nothing but respect for him, and his work ethic. I am surprised to say the least, as you just don’t find people, let alone salesman/men like this anymore. I will be a return customer, as long as Parker is here.

I had an overall amazing experience at this dealership! I started looking for a car in the beginning of January and Frank had been helpful every step of the way! He was patient and answered any questions I had about leasing no matter the time of day! Together we were able to find the right car for me. Parker was able to help when Frank was away and we took care of any other issues that came up. Michael (finance) helped me look for the right coverage and we got all of the paperwork squared away. Ben was absolutely great. He was so personable, willing to sit down and help, and just an overall amazing salesman. He is super accommodating and really listens to what you want. Everyone in the dealership was super nice and friendly. Ended up buying my first not dream car but car I have always wanted because Ben and the guys at the dealership were so amazing!
