Went to get brakes replaced on my RAM 1500. Cost of $1,500.Had to go back immediately for broken emergency brakes. What a coincidence!!! Cost of $900. The next day truck started making noise going reverse. No emergency appointment available. No one seems to be checking the vehicle before exiting shop. Bad business or bad mechanics in my opinion. Avoid!

Really never leave reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary! Bought my Durango there and they messed up my registration with wrong plate number! Said they were going to fix it! Called several times with messages and no callback! Never buying vehicle here again!

Before buying this vehicle I had some disappointments in finding a Jepp. I worked with the sales manager Brandon at Diehl and he made sure I was able to find exactly what I wanted. He worked with me personally for days before I was able to come into the dealership to look at the Jeep I was interested in. My Salesman Parker Gazda was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Very accommodating I would recommend him over and over! Finance was just as great Mike was very informative, personal and easy to work with. This was a great experience. I will continue to shop with Diehl for many years to come!

Went there years ago and had a bad experience. I attempted again today - again I was treated like I was a bother and they didn’t want to sell me a car. Weak sales/customer service, didn’t introduce himself or ask my name. Quoted me over $750 for a lease on the slowest selling car in the US. I then went to three rivers Dodge and they worked a deal for the sale car at $420.

The salesman was very nice, however it took a long time to be able to test drive any vehicle. I felt like my time was not important and disrespected. Communication was very poor. I did get to test drive one Jeep and was considering it but wanted to test another beforehand. While I was on the test drive, they sold the Jeep i was driving. I waited a while to test drive the second one and finally gave up because I waited so long for the keys. Guys are rlly nice here, but I felt like money, not customer satisfaction, was priority.

I had a misfire in cylinder 8 on my 2012 SRT Challenger n did everything..16 plugs coil pack injectors PCM n still had no pulse in 8..Called my bud Kevin n John n they took it in that day.Diagnosed it found the miss was Bad Wire.They were Awesome..Fixed it n it runs like brand New.. The service department at this dealership is by far the worst! I had my truck towed there because I couldn’t get it started, the service department calls me and said my truck was ready for pick up 8 hours later that all it needed was the battery charged, I asked if they would just replace it and the guy says it doesn’t need changed just keep an eye on it. Now I’m trying to get to work this morning and my battery is dead. The laziest people work here, I would recommend finding another place to get service because these guys here suck!

Deihl auto in Robinson township mechanic broke my oil filter canister after they changed my oil then tried to make me pay and repair it. They made up a story saying it was leaking prior to me bringing in my vehicle. Furthermore during inspection made up a bunch of false and fake charges saying things I needed . I took my keys and got in inspected for 200 bucks elsewhere instead of thousands of repairs from Deihl Auto. Beware don’t take car or truck there they will damage your vehicle or make up false charges. BEWARE

Bought a new Jeep Altitude L off of Parker. I was very faithful to my old dealership but had no choice but to look elsewhere due to their prices. Parker was very patient with me as I haggled and tried to make a decision on a new vehicle. He beat all other dealerships prices and was very responsive and honest. He didn't make me sit in the dealership for hours either. We negotiated the deal via text and phone. I definitely found my new dealership.

I had to call the service department 3 times to make an appt, and I was forced to leave a message for a call beck each time. Finally called sales. They got service to call me back. Their answering machine advises using their website to make apps, but that site only directs the customer to call the number. No apology or other concession was offered. They need to get their act together. 9/26/2024 Diehl did a good job in the Express Oil Change.
